Since no one fixes the deinterlace stuttering issue on kodi 17, I tried to downgrade Kodi from v17.3 to v16.1.
Kodi 16.1 works well on a jailbroken iphone (ios 10.2).
But Kodi 16.1 or below which was installed on my iPad mini 2(ios10.3.3 and 10.3.2, unjailbroken) with the Impactor keeps crashing when I turned the PVR on.
What can I do now?

PS: Kodi 16.1 plays 1080HD live tv very well on iPad mini 2, no stuttering, no deinterlace issue.
