Firstly it had ended. If that's not clear to you then read it again.
Secondly the reason it ended was because I said I wasn't going to do the tit-for-tat, so posted an edit rather than a new post.
Thirdly... what am I supposed to do if someone isn't debating / arguing, but rather posting the same passive-aggressive 'Whatever you say' ? How should I handle that better next time, in such a way that I'm not told to 'shut it' by a Mod?
How would you respond to a poster doing that to you?

You ignore passive aggressive statements or put users on your ignore list for example?
