no i don't have. you can custom one button with action - ReloadSkin() - after you change 1line(you can more than 1 line) then press reload skin button

Well, after some researches i found the perfect one app for this problem.
That app can put just kodi (or others apps) in 1080p or 720p ect and not in all tablet apps. Thats great !
But not for me... because for this we need "root" tablet and if we "root" something we gonna lose warranty...
And i have 1 year left... well, with that i just want help some one with the same problem like me. without warranty

i don't know what is the limit resolution but your problem is dpi not resolution , is something different.
Standard resolution is width="1706" height="960" , but working fine on my phone 1920x1080 and in my car 1280x720 working fine also.
Your resolution on the tablet is 2048x1536 ... so is bigger than standard skin's resolution .. theoretical you should see the skin smaller not bigger
but again is about dpi ... is something like a zoom effect

well, my tablet have 320dpi by default
i tryed 160dpi and 240dpi, icons from tablet stay very small but your skin on kodi stay normal like 320dpi.
Now im trying alot of diferente resolutions from that skin and the maximo working normal in my tablet (withs 2048x1536 by default) is 2048x1315
There is a lot of screen spended

From this point should working ok if was adapt to 4:3 screen. But i don't have time and hardware at the moment to do that.

You can easily simulate it on a PC. Just run Kodi aplication in window mode and resize window to something similar to 4x3

Thats weird because in windows skin work good in all sizes (Example: 1600x1200-----4:3)... I just cant teste size 2048x1536-----4:3 because kodi don't give me that choise.
In OS Windows i can put it in window mode and mix all sizes and skin never gets out of shape like in OS Android.
Its like skin work very good in OS Windows but in OS Android is limited.
