The log doesn't show any errors (although a huge amount of activity from that add-on) until right at the end when it's having problems accessing the Van Helsing series (23:29:39.026 T:140695402702592 ERROR: Open - Error, could not open file /share/SERIE.TV.HD02/Van Helsing/S01/Van.Helsing.S01E01.Aiutami.DLMux.720p.ITA.ENG.SUBS-DDV.mkv).
What exactly is the issue that you're seeing from the user viewpoint? Is that item actually available at that location? Earlier in the log there are other shows successfully processed, but they seem to be on another drive or area (HD01 rather than the HD02 above).
As noted above, this seems to be an old and not very well known/used add-on (I'd never heard of it either until your thread) so it may just be that it's outdated and needs some update to work properly with current versions of Kodi.
