Cool

Is there a string I can customize? Ideally I would like it to say "Random Albums - ALBUM ARTIST (ALBUM YEAR) - ALBUM TITLE"

I see, I will look into it for the next update. Cheers for reporting

Thanks for adding Hebrew support for menus

Is there a a way to add Hebrew support for movies descriptions?
currently it does not display the characters correctly

you can see an example below

first off a very big thank you, @Jeroen ! I was sticking to reFocus for years, because it was the only skin that I really, really liked. But Grid is starting to grow on me too now :-) Awesome work!
I just have one minor question: is there an easy way to completely disable the unwatched/in progress indicator? (Maybe somewhere in the xmls - I already found some OverlayUnwatched.png in Variables and Includes, but I didn't manage to change it properly...)?
I usually have my unwatched filter on all the time, so the indicator is kind of redundant for me. And I'm a big sucker for artwork so I'd like to just see the poster artwork

Thanks a lot!

never mind! I was getting too impatient. just found the "Media status" section in Includes.xml. So now it is just perfect :-)
thanks again and merry christmas :-)

It’s all a matter of finding a suitable open source font that supports Hebrew characters that goes well with the skin. If you know of any let me know and I will look into adding it.

Thanks, glad you’re liking Grid too. Yeah, there’s no overlayunwatched.png file actually, it’s just used for visibility conditions. The indicators are .ttf based. Anyway, good job customizing it to your liking.

First, Enjoy your time at berlin!

the Heebo font that you've implemented is beautiful, no need to search for another font
it's just not set as the default for movies descriptions

I did found a workaround by overwriting "Slab.ttf" on Default fonts directory with "Thin.ttf" or "Slab.ttf" from hee directory
now the skin is fully support Hebrew

unfortunately I do not know where to edit the XML to fix it correctly

I have changed the Hebrew fontset to use the Heebo font for descriptions in the next release.

Happy New Year everyone!

I just pushed Grid 1.4.2 Beta (Krypton) to the repository add-on. This update has a reworked settings area for setting up the hubs. It also takes care of several bugs. Plus the hebrew font for descriptions is included as mentioned above. Leia version update to follow soon.

Happy New Year!

The issue I initially reported has vanished, so no need to stir up unwanted attention.

I'm trying to customize the hubs and it's bringing up the browser for files rather than library items. The check box in the hubs portion of the settings for "include library shortcuts" will not allow me to toggle.

Does the new settings for configuring hubs depend on another add-on now?

Experiencing the same behaviour after installing v1.4.2 Krypton.

@Jeroen Are the options to select animated art set by default?  I always turn them off but find that when switching skins back to GRID they're enabled again.

Same here @Kokonutcreme, but it also reenables animated posters after every reboot without switching the skin.

Nope, I screwed that up. Fix coming up.
