The program completes the installation but when finished the program starts to load then quits dumping me back to the desktop.  Tried several times with no luck.
Installation of the January 10 program restores all to proper function.

issue is being investigated. For now use 9 januari or earlier

Same issue on January 13th nightly.  Initial screen loads then dumps back to desktop.
