When i have kodi running my Avast AV keeps blocking a connection to kodinet.atspace.tv, it says it's infected with malware.

1st question is why is it trying to connect to that page when kodi is open?

2nd question is it a false flag?

1) likely some crap addon you've installed.
check you're Debug Log, perhaps you can find out which addon it is

2) no it's trying to install a trojan on your system.
