Doesnt seem to provide any source code and selling a >40€/year plan.

 It doesn't appear to mention Kodi anywhere that I can see, so isn't violating our trademark (again, as far as I can see).

Since everything is in German, it's hard for me to tell what's going on with the GPL. Has anyone tried contacting them and asking for the source code?

No there is no mention of kodi anywhere. But from the screenshot is clearly a rebranded version of kodi that they are selling. So not violating trademark but probably violating gpl as I can't see nowhere on their website a way to get the source code.

Contacted them 2 days ago asking where I can download the source code with their modification as requested by the GPL. Didn't get an answer so far. Looks like a bunch of guy who think they could do some money stealing the work of open source community.

No there are selling a full software based on kodi. from their FAQ

Hi just came across this site https://www.koditv.co.uk they are selling devices with Kodi on and IPTV they claim to have expert developers yet only have a build from a youtuber on the devices. The reason I think it might need your attention is that the links on the site for there social media all link directly to your social media accounts so basically they are making out that they are the official Kodi.

Here's a product including Kodi and being sold as "RetroEvolved". It is the software portion of a $320 RaspberryPi kit. It looks very much like tweaked version of EmulationStation/RetroPie.

Image advertisement mentioned first and foremost Kodi.
