Is there a way to make the control osd while playing the videos appear only on button press instead of whenever moving the mouse?

One Question... I can't seem to find a way to delete a movie, when I right click the menu doesn't offer a DELETE, so I'm forced to go into the app tools to delete from library... am I missing something?

one more issue i'm facing with this skin, in movies or tv shows view type if i'm using gallery option, right clicking anywhere brings up the context menu. How do i go back without scrolling all the way back to the first option.

Hi Jeroen

Updated Kodi to Leia Beta 4 and noticed a curious behaviour with GRiD that didn't exist with previous Leia Beta releases.

TV Shows that contain multiple seasons are all displaying identical season posters which match the poster for the TV Show

I've changed the viewtype from Slide to Posters and List (portrait) and the behaviour is unchanged.

I thought it was a result of the Beta4 release but tested other Skins and here are my results:

Viewtypes that show specific season posters are:

Aeon Nox Silvo - List, Showcase, Posters, Icons, Small Icons
Aura - List, Poster Wall, Showcase, Big Posters, Info List
Embuary - default viewtype for TV Seasons is Poster view
Mimic - List, Thumbnail, Wall, InfoWall, Shift, Lowlist, LowPanel, BigWall
Estuary - List, Poster, Shift, InfoWall, WideList, Wall, 
FTV - default viewtype for TV Seasons is Poster view

Aeon Nox Silvo viewtypes that show identical posters for multiple seasons are RightList, LowList, Shift, TriPanel and Wall.

I'm assuming that something in Beta4 has changed in displaying whatever image is set as the fallback for these specific viewtypes in Nox Silvo and GRiD.

Animated artwork seems to get automatically enabled everytime I start Kodi for some weird reason. Could you fix this please?

There are a million potential reasons why Jeroen has not been active lately: priority of paid work that actually feeds and clothes himself and/or his family; kidnapped by elves and enslaved to make wooden toys for Christmas; the death of a close friend or family member; fatigue from arrogant, self-righteous abuse by ungrateful users of his free stuff; etc...

I have upgraded to v18 due to other (newly) added add-ons need this version.
However when I open Movies or TV shows the screen is blank (grey background), nothing is displayed except the option menu.
Do I miss something? Everything works with the Estuary skin. Will it work on my Raspberry Pi?

Specs: Windows 10 64bit, Kodi v18 Leia Beta5, Skin v2.1.1

Ps.: I just saw that this skin is might be not updated anymore. Million thanks for the developer for this amazing skin, I just discovered it a few months ago and the only skin I found better than the original Estuary.

Same here, but it seems to have been fixed on Aeon Nox. I have Beta 2 on my OSX and Beta5 on my HTPC, and what is working on one of them is not working on the other one.

Since the author is not maintening the skin anymore, it would be nice to find a way to manually fix it.

Ok I fixed the problem with seasons poster !

In the Variables.XML, find the lines:

Code:


<value condition="!String.IsEmpty(ListItem.Art(season.poster))">$INFO[ListItem.Art(season.poster)]</value>
<value condition="!String.IsEmpty(Container.Art(season.poster))">$INFO[Container.Art(season.poster)]</value>


and replace them by theses lines

        <value condition="!String.IsEmpty(Container.ListItem.Art(poster))">$INFO[Container.ListItem.Art(poster)]</value>

Save it, restart Kodi and the poster seasons will be back !
