Is the subtitle already available/downloaded? If not, then there is no use displaying the offset option.

You have to mod a xml file for the OSD to get this. Heres how i did it
Go into folder "Skin -> addons -> skin.arctic.zephyr"
Go into folder 1080i
Edit "VideoOSD.xml" with notepad or download notepad++ to edit
Either take the whole code (last code example) and replace it. The modified part in the original is this part
