Hi. Is there any plugin to watch HBO with paid subscription like amazon or netflix ?

Not at the moment (at least legally and to my knowledge).
But the upcoming Kodi v18 (Leia, currently in release candidate stage) has DRM support which may make it possible for an add-on to be created for it.
What people with suitable Android boxes generally do is install the official HBO app from the Play Store (or equivalent) and then use that via Kodi. But of course the devices where you can do that are limited, and it's technically not doing it in Kodi, just using it as a front end.
I'll move this to add-on requests in case anyone would like to take up the challenge.

A working add-on for Hbo Go Bulgaria has been made, a Hungarian version followed, and some others probably too.
I made one for Hbo Go Croatia. Now transforming it in a unified version for Hbo Go Europe (currently supports all providers for Croatia and Hungary the rest will follow the following weeks, but all listed on http://hbogo.eu will be included just a matter of time).

Require Kodi 18, Inputstream.Adaptive and widevine, works fine for me but haven't been extensively tested.
Important: HBO GO must be paid for!!! You need a valid HBO Go Eu account for the add-on to work.

Thank you for this add on. Confirming that add on works on openElec run on Raspberry pi 2 for HBO GO Macedonia.
Only problem is stream is 396x224 px. Any thoughts why?
Rpi is connected to Sony Bravia.

Please to ask for help regarding the hbogo eu add on post on the thread in the support forum: 339798 (thread)
Check your inputstream adaptive settings, if it set on manual it will select the lowest resolution you can change it during playback from the video menu.
With default inputstream settings you should get 1080p in auto if not try to incese the min bandwith to 40000000 if this will work ok depends on your internet connection.
Please note since hbo go provide a little bigger res then 1080p 720p ecc if you limit inputstream to 1080p you will get 720p stream, if you limit to 720p you will get 512p stream and so on... if you put max you will get 1080p
Hardware decoding work with hbo go eu so the rpi2 should have no problem with the 1080p stream.
