2. I tried to install it but from errors in the installation, I think that theme has bug. I've tried this https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.eminence.2/ and audio flag seem correctly.
3. To me the series you mentioned the flags are correct in 4K,
i don't know what device you're using, but you can try to delete all the content of cache folder:
Kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.netflix\cache

I use Nvidia Shield TV
1. By saying the themes you mean that KODI does not support or do you mean that skins do not have HDR display functions?
2. To install Eminence from Alanon you need a repository which is given in the temptation with the skin.
Here's the link https://github.com/marcelveldt/repositor...-1.0.1.zip
3. I will take away everything that is in this path as you write: Kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.netflix\cache
I am afraid, however, that it will not do anything. I recently reinstalled the entire KODI and the 1080 flags are still there.
 1. I mean the various kodi skins, they don't show the HDR flag, but HDR video technology is supported
2. when I have more time I will try this link
3. this way I can't help you more, follow:
install latest: https://github.com/CastagnaIT/plugin.vid...master.zip
opening ONLY one list of titles with wrong flags (no more than a list of videos otherwise I don't understand the log anymore, in case you make a mistake restart kodi to clean the log),
specifying two or three titles that are displayed.
Copiy here the log file with debug info activated
 Hi stefive83

I have removed the contents of this folder but no results.
Koki \ UserData \ addon_data \ plugin.video.netflix \ cache
I have the flags 1080HD and 540SD. There are no other flags.

1. I understand that the creator of the skin needs to put the HDR flip to his skin to make it visible? KODI itself and the netflix plugin is able to convey information about HDR content to the skin?
2. Thank you for the future review.
3. Thank you for the information and here you have the logs:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/55xsss
I'm sorry but it was too big to put it on the server:
https://paste.kodi.tv

PS. I installed the Eminence skin that you had at your place. On this skin I also have a sound stamp 4.1. It seems that only the Estuary skin correctly displays the sound format.

there are no errors in addon, none of the movies you have viewed has the 4k, are you sure you have login with a 4k netflix subscription account?

I reinstalled KODI again.
At this point, the 5.1 sound format shows up correctly in all skins.
Unfortunately, the resolution in the windows with the serial list is still bad.
Riverdale (1080p) = Estuary shows "540 SD"
Stranger Things (4K) = Estuary shows "1080 HD"
Kodi plays all series correctly in good resolutions. When the series is played, the correct "4K" icon is also displayed.
The problem is only in the preview of the series list. The lists have a lower resolution.

When I play Stranger Things, Kodi mi displays the 4K resolution. The android application also displays 4K for me and I have a 4K account for 100%.

I specifically turned on only kodi and went into one of the series "Stranger Things" but I did not include it (I did not play it). You probably asked for it?
I can give one more log in which I turn on the code and then I turn on netflix and enter the Stranger Thingd series and start playing.

This is the log of the 1st episode of Stranger Things. Kodi shows in playback options 3840x2160 and in the list sieriali is the designation 1080 HD.

Hello
I Installed it on my shield tv with kodi 18.1.
All movies or series I saw in 4k are displayed in 1080p hdr, I have to go in the settings during the play and change thé resolution to 4k, auto résolution doesn't seem to work with 4k content.
I have 4k Netflix account.
Does ESN Netflix need to be enter manualy ?
Thanks and good work with this tool which is awesome.

I am getting a similar error. Something is borking the Netflix encryption. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the addon to no avail so far. Any ideas?

Log is at https://paste.kodi.tv/ayuxusened.kodi

I installed this on my mibox and followed the instructions for android.... I can get into my account, see the shows available, but when I try to play them, it acts like it will play (the counter at the top of my screen goes to 00:00 and then it drops back out to the Kodi menu again.

I went back over the instructions, and discovered that the ESN wasn't being discovered completely (there was a partial entry there) so I manually added it, and tried again, same exact issue.

Here is my logfile, if you can help I'd be appreciative.

Hi. I'm using netflix addon on rpi3 libreelec 9. Everything works fine but i have only software decoding. Is there any way for HW decoding.
I'm also using hbo.go addon with also inputstream but it uses HW decoding and lot less cpu power.

Hi,

I am having trouble enabling 4k Playback on my Win10 Machine as well.
I installed Kodi 18.1 and the beta 20.4k Plugin.
But the Videostream does not allow higher settings than 1080p.

I tried pushing the min. Input to 15.000.000 but that didn't change anything.
I activated Override HDCP Status.
I tried enabling HEVC profiles but that leads to an endless loading screen (and AFAIK it's just for android anyway, isn't it?).

Are there any tricks or ideas you have of what i could try?

If you want to have video in 4K, set yourself in the Input-Stream adaptive plugin in the first option value, eg 10000. In my case, videos in 4K are turned on. Unfortunately, flags are not displayed when selecting series and movies.

Are you talking about the min. Bandwith setting?
