My name is Don and I am sophomore at the University of California, Irvine. I currently am studying Computer Science. I am very interested in working on the bitrate switch project. I read through the project description and have an idea of how to implement this and I was wondering if I could reach out privately to the mentors to discuss this.

Tell us about the computer(s) and devices you have available for working on your SoC project?
- 2018 Macbook Pro and a Windows Surface Laptop

When did you first start programming?
- When I took AP Computer Science in my senior year of high school

What sorts of programming projects have you done on your own time?
- Developed IOS Applications and web scrapers using Python
