i would like to mention some issues with real media playback.
the video stutters quite a bit and audio is out of synch.there is also no seeking like there is in xbmp, which is kind of strange in its self as there has never been seeking for realmedia in mplayer.at least not any win32 version i have used including the latest cvs.does xbmp implement it differently?

yes, there is a mplayer seeking patch that are not come into mplayer cvs yet.

i ported that patch into xbmp.

as xbmc compile a dll from mplayer source, so there is no seeking there yet.

i got some real media file that only plays audio, while the screen remains black all the time. others works fine.
