I still have one problem scraping a special movie. It's a movie which seems to be tagged as a mini-series (imdb) , consisting of two BDs. I'm not able to scrape it into "videos" and in "TV-series" I get the cover and actors and all infos but it fails with links to start the BD. What I want is having this video in "videos" ... how can I do that (manually) ?

Your only chance to add them to your movie library is to create movie-NFO files by your own. Please take a look at: https://kodi.wiki/view/NFO_files/Movies

Thanks for the link and for the suggestion using own nfo files.
I already studied the kodi.wiki and I think I understand how to set up a nfo file for a movie... but I can not find a section where I can add a mini-series to the movie section.... HOW can I do so...??

1. Make sure the files in your collection are named as PARTS, i.e. CD1, CD2 etc. (consult the WIKI if in doubt).
2. Generate a file "video.nfo" in the same directory. It doesn't have to have any content.
3. Use the Universal Movie scraper to scrape your movie
4. If the movie is not found, use the "MANUAL" button in the scraper and enter the IMDB ID number there to search for it. The scraper will add anything it finds on IMDB under that ID.
5. Delete the video.nfo file
6. Optional: Export your library as several files (.nfo) to preserve the scraped info

Let's assume you have 2 sources for your media "movies" and "tv-shows".

You copy the mini series you want to have listed under movies to the "movies" source folder in its own subfolders. Then you create a NFO for those 'movies' and probably also add a <set>-tag for them, so they are grouped together. After the nfo has been written and the files in question are at their correct location, simply update your movie library and Kodi will read the nfo and will fill the database with the infos in those nfo files.

In that case it all depends where the actual video files are placed if you have a source for movies and tvshows. You need to separate those anyway as Kodi can't deal with mixed content in a single folder.

Thank you, that was the easy way and worked well... more or less.
I had to do this for each of the two BDs seperately, which then of course found the same movie.
Two steps left for each:
1. Renaming the title in the database to "moviename.BD1" (BD2)
2. Putting it in a collection named "moviename"

So this was quick and I am happy with the result ! So thanks again !
I'm sure creating an own NFO as DaVu described and suggested would be a perfect way but would take much longer for me. I'm gonna try that later just to learn how to do it. Thanks DaVu as well.
