Hi 

What skin would you recommend for a 9" low resolution screen?

I will use Kodi in my 2009 Chrysler T&C car with its native media system and low res displays.

Also, I would prefer if the skin started directly in the Movie mode, showing available movies for easy selection, as it will be used for movies only, nothing else.

Seems I can't edit Startup.xml, file is read only and when I try to change permissions I get

"chmod: Startup.xml: Read-only file system"
