All the lists in the info dialog can be disabled. If there are no lists then the details are shown (also shown if you hover on "Manage" even if lists are visible)

One thing I'm hoping for is that we're able to disable the Kodi logo in the upper left? I've seen that in a handful of views, but am not a huge fan, myself.

It can be swapped with profile pic or another icon and label of the user's choosing.

That info view ( similar to eis ) is perfect , I was thinking I might have to stay with your aura skin so I could have the EIS info view pop up when setting "show information" as default and enabling "force EI info script", but this is spot on. Thankyou.

Regarding fanart background, without background blur (or with, I suppose), are you implementing the "Extra Fanart" slideshow?
