Yes please! That would be fantastic!

I've just been updating the main release page with new releases as I add them (little bit different to AZ2 where I was making a new release page for each point release). You should be able to see the history of releases in the tags page - that might give a bit of a clearer picture of what the most recent is and when it was released:

I'm seeing changes to repository.jurialmunkey that are goofing me up... any reason not to just use the version from the skin.arctic.horizon repo?

I'm not getting any fanart/landscape artwork.

Do you have Landscape art turned on?
Skin Settings > Library > Landscape Art

It will still show episode thumb if available but should fallback to landscape art if not available (rather than fanart). Some additional options for the next aired calendar are coming (e.g. ability to switch to posters), and I'll add a "hide episode thumb" option with those.

I think the one blank item is probably a matching issue with TMDb. The calendar data is pulled from Trakt and the artwork comes from TMDB and Fanart TV - so it is possible to find a match with Trakt data but not find a corresponding item on TMDb. I'll have a look and see if I can replicate it.
Landscape Art is enabled. I will do a fresh install and report back.

Does your helper scrape tvdb ratings and not implemented in this skin for tvshows?

No, it doesn't interact with TVDb at all.

I like to keep the info coming consistently coming from TMDb and I figure adding an additional API lookup just to grab the TVDb rating is not worth the additional performance hit.

These are the ratings that are available:

and do you have plans to integrate images in the epg view (not only in the info screen)?

I don't have that type of data in my epg so it is difficult for me to add. Once I've released the skin, I'll look at adding those things with the help of testers.

ah nice did you already implement this feature?

I can see season/episode when I press the info button while playing live tv but it isn't there in the info screen from tv channels/epg view.

I haven't made any changes to the repo... Huh

You can pull directly from the skin.arctic.horizon master, that's perfectly fine. I just thought you took the zips from the releases page but master is better if that is easier for you.

Strange... I'm seeing a bunch of commits from you?

EDIT: Nevermind... somehow that was my fault Big Grin

Small request..

1. Possible to have also the option for larger Landscape view?

2. Use fanart in episodes landscape view rather than a snapshot of the episode

3. Light theme?
1. I'm trying to maintain a consistent style throughout the skin where widget styles match what it is seen inside viewtype, so that's a no on the large landscape. It's not something I'm going to budge on I'm sorry.

2. On todo list. See issue on github: https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.arc.../issues/13

3. On todo list. See issue on github: https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.arc...n/issues/6

Do you have some sort of automation turned on when I tag something?

I definitely haven't pushed any commits. Haven't touched the repository myself in months.

It must've been something I did. I reset to remote and it worked out. We have a problem though... The skin zip is 119MB, which exceeds GitHub's 100MB limit. I'm unable to push it to the repo at this time.

We can look at setting up Git LFS, but in my experience, it's usually a hassle  Undecided

EDIT: Looking at the skin, it appears the "loader" folder is 99MB all by itself Big Grin Is there any way to possibly make those their own add-on? Or some other solution?

It's not added to seekbar. I need to remove that option from skin settings.

For seasons, try turning on fanart tv integration in TMDBHelper settings (might also need a kodi restart for the service monitor to register the settings change).

Hmmm yeah. Definitely the loader folder - I'll push an update now because one of the loaders is not being used, and then when I add the option to select them I'll look at splitting them out to resource addons.

EDIT: Actually it is the waves one that is large (which is the default loader). I'll see if I can compress it a bit as 1mb per frame seems high.

For example I have 3 items in my submenu but they don’t appear horizontally next to each other. Two are on top and then one underneath. Cheers.

Unfortunately not. It's a limitation of how Kodi manages horizontal panels.

Horizontal panels always fill columns first before moving to next row, even if there are not enough items to fill the whole panel.
item1 item3 item5 item7
item2 item4 item6 item8

Ideally I would prefer to do something like if there are 8 or fewer items:
item1 item2 item3 item4
item5 item6

And then it would switch to the standard horizontal fill if there are more than 8 items, but that just isn't possible unfortunately.

It needs to be two rows to fill the space correctly. I did experiment with larger square aspect items (so 1 row) but I didn't like the look.

Okay I just pushed a 0.1.5 update that should bring the size down under 100mb.
