v18 Crash when trying to play local tv show (18.6)

Hey, I've searched for a solution for this and tried most of what I found. HW-acceleration is off.
I try to play episode 6 of The Outsider but the app crashes when I start. No video is shown

I can't really see anything in the log but I am not as pro as some of you in here. Can you find anything?

No, because its not a debug log (wiki)

Ok, so I checked event viewer and it looks like the "AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\vfs.libarchive\vfs.libarchive.dll" is the culprit.
But if I disable it, Kodi will not find the videos.
