I use Kodi with libraries on a NAS accessed by NFS.
I remove some folders on my NAS by deleting them, but after a KODI library refresh, they still do appear in the TV Shows section.
Any idea?

For starters, you are going the wrong way in deleting your TV shows.
If you delete them from the Kodi GUI directly, you should also get the option to remove the file(s) from your NAS/server.
If the TV Shows still appear after a clean action and a refresh, then you need to find the full path of a TV show that reappeared, and compare it to what the path used to be.

How are you doing the library refresh? Just rescanning or doing a clean?
A rescan won't remove anything, you need to do a library clean. For that go to :
Settings > Media Settings > Library Tab > Video Library (in the right hand pane) and select Clean Library.
Note this option is only visible with settings level advanced or expert (switchable via the lower-left hand corner of the screen).
If you use removable media (USB or network) be a little careful as if it is not connected when you do a clean, you will be asked if you want to remove entries from it. If you select yes then those will be removed too.

Thanks - I see that "CleanLibrary(database)"
Now, I have no idea how to run it at startup on my Kodi installed on Android TV.
Do I need to do some geek stuff?
Or can I do it with the GUI?
