Hi,
I am hoping to use Amazon Firestick 4Ks running Kodi as a client for TVHeadend, however they have issues with interlaced video - https://github.com/amzn/exoplayer-amazon-port/issues/94
Is it possible to transcode these streams to de-interlace them, whilst still using the HTSP profile? The TVHeadend Client in Kodi requires a HTSP profile.
Alternatively, is there a way to use a transcoded stream in Kodi, whilst still retaining the EPG, Recording, and Time shift functions?
