since this a boolean  used from https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/6fcbb1...ls.xml#L20 :

which is in turn called from: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/941afd...r.cpp#L381

Should this be submitted as a github PR? Should there be simultaneous translations? Where do I submit this sort of request?
