Is there a add-on, app, anything that can work with Kodi....that can organize pictures by face recognition?

@snakyjake I may have an option for you, here is what I do:

1. Run the face recognition feature from Mylio to generate XMP tags accordingly, the nice part is that the job is done locally, your data stays on your computer
   
2. Merge the newly created XMP files to the pictures file using exiftool
   
3. Install MyPicsDB and browse pictures using the tags
   

I haven't done it yet, but tags merging by exiftool and reading by MyPicsDB can be automated.

Yet much easier: use Lightroom. It includes facial detection and writes people info into the files directly.
