I don't have a mouse or keyboard. I use a TV and a remote. Holding OK on the remote doesn't open up anything.

Holding OK on the remote doesn't open up anything.This isn't quite the right part of the forum for this question (there is an area for remote controls), but basically you either need to change your remote to a code that your Kodi machine understands as the 'c' key or map whatever button you want to use on your remote to the Kodi function for opening the context menu. How you do that is higly dependent on the remote you are using and the platform on which you are running Kodi. You might look at Keymap Editor to help with that:
