Do you know how to install using a zip? I did this on my FireTV. Other hardware may be easier. It seems to work fine, but I am having problems with profiles. Not sure if it is AZ2 or something else.

I used the same install, and only had one information provider problem, but got past it OK. AZ2 loaded fine, artwork seemed to work and even my old setting were still in the system, but the power,exit and reboot options malfunctioned. That killed the deal for me.

The MovieDB Helper generated the error. Even though I got past it, not being able to power down, reboot or exit killed it for me. This is HTPC under Windows 10.

It does, but barely. If you don't care about exit, reboot or power down, then it works fine. Given this most obvious problem, there are probably many more under the hood.

You just need to find the correct commands. The skin shouldn't affect them. You may have to look for something like shutdown, quit, and restart? There are a bunch of power options. And if the correct ones aren't available, you can put in your own commands and name them whatever you want.

I quit Kodi just fine every time. Mine is running on a ShieldTV but I don't think I've tested exit, reboot or power down. Come to think of it, I don't really know the difference between quit and exit, but quit is working for me on the PK Scout AZ2 mod.

Arctic Zephyr 2 Mod (pkscout) works on Matrix, no issues on Android but get the
ERROR <general>: XFILE::CDirectory::GetDirectory - Error getting Settings only on windows 10 and occasionally drop out to desk top.
but its far more stable than JMs
I too hope someone takes over the skins.

I'm wondering if Arctic zephyr 2 is still being maintained?

I've never used a skin that was more clean and aesthetic. I really like it, but while doing a clean install and some maintenance I've noticed the thread is now locked.

There's no formal word on the project being abandoned that I can find, but I'd like to know going forward if I should suck it up and use a skin I dont like as much.

I'm currently trailing horizon, but even the light theme feels very dark to me. I'm really looking for the clean white ui which I haven't managed to replicate in horizon so far.

The closest is this mod that built of the original and the Matrix port
