I don't see the option to download and apply the madnox skin in libreelec.
But downloading it from github and installing from zip, if you can.

The official release of libreelec is still on Leia.  I believe that this version of Madnox requires Kodi Matrix.  The Matrix version of libreelec is still in beta.  If you are feeling adventurous, install it and let us know.
