I'm currently running LibreELEC 9.2.7 on a raspberry pi which runs leia. I was able to install Video Database Cleaner from the black eagle repo but when I try to launch it, it shows the message "Starting up" but nothing else happens. I can go into the settings but trying to launch it gives no errors and the kodi log doesn't have any errors regarding it or that its running. Am I missing something?

The actors table should be renamed to something else, such as people
or persons
, but yeah, that could cause a lot of mayhem in other queries. It's one of those souvenirs from the initial XBMC days I guess.
I clarified the new SQL query with some formatting and color coding, just for myself and perhaps other Kodi database users.

I've also enabled both debugging and database-cleaner log but when launching the script neither are created.

That's the thing, the Kodi.log file doesn't show that Video Database Cleaner is actually launching or failing. The only log that has a mention of it is the KODI_OTHER log which only shows:
################################################################################
# ... output of cat /storage/.kodi/temp/database-cleaner.log
# LibreELEC release: RPi4.arm-9.2.7
#
################################################################################
Video Database Cleaner V0.5.9 - Running at Friday, June 11, 2021 02:05:30 PM
No other log gets updated and the database-cleaner.log doesn't exist.

Put kodi into debugging mode (settings->system->logging - enable debug logging). Quit Kodi and restart it. Start db cleaner addon. Wait......Quit Kodi. Post link to debug log.

Huh, that is weird. It seems like it creates a 0kb database named Myvideos36.db. I deleted it and ran the cleaner again and it recreated it. My database is actually MyVideos116.db and the scan starts at 114. Is this an issue with the script or something I have to change in Kodi?
