i'm in Australia had JRM 7 in prior but went to sly guys s it had bookmarks etc more features than JRMs, for some reason even though JRMs was uninstalled it caused the slyguys not to work, I removed the kodi app data and started fresh with slyguys and its good. I also tested to see if the conflict was there by doing JRMs first and same thing happened not sure whats left behind but it pretty much nurfed it. Id love to see 10plus, ABC and SBS all under slyguys.

I went through all that. all i can think of is the extensions had the same name and over wrote the app data, thats is my best guess.

@SilentKnight, what exactly did you do to resolve it? What exactly did you delete?

Whelp. No edit button.

In the process of updating as above, it's also killed my other SkyGuy add-ons, such as 9Now, 10 play, and Kayo Sports. None of them launch, and all give the similar error Error Contents: cannot import name gui.

Hmmm, actually, so I can navigate menus fine now, but on every stream, I get a second of an opening advertisement, then either a frozen or black screen. The logs say

go into the add-on settings and enable Inputstream for HLS

Brilliant. Thanks again for the quick response @matthuisman. That helps. Unfortunately my stream is still not working so well. I'm connected by ethernet on a 100 Mbps connection, but I'm getting massive freezes (i.e. 95% of the time it's frozen). I even tried the lowest quality, and it's still constantly freezing. I get the following in the log.

Can't help with buffering sorry.
Try their website. I suspect the issue is on their side with the huge amounts of traffic.

I'm just tried now and can stream full quality. And I'm in NZ
Not sure about jrm. You could ask them
