but in github i cant find that -.- Repo

what to do now?
may i edit that plugin by myself anyhow?

Sorry I assumed you were using the iptvsimple PVR addon. In any other case you will need to contact the addon developer and ask them to update their addon for kodi 19

ok, ich changed to iptv simple client. where to find that local cached file?

If you go to the addon settings there should be a URL for the M3U file.

as i said, i am new in this!
all i can find is this, and there isnt ANY url viewable!

You are in the right place but there is nothing configured which means you are not using iptvsimple to view programmes.

I’m afraid you are back to contacting the author of the addon you are using to upgrade it for kodi 19.

I had the same problem and solved as follows ....

change in libmediathek4.py line 218
listitem.setProperty('inputstreamaddon', 'inputstream.adaptive')

to
listitem.setProperty('inputstream', 'inputstream.adaptive')

....so inputstreamaddon to inputstream
