Hi, I searched the forum threads, but could not locate help for this issue. I'm using the Xonfluence skin on top of Kodi Matrix (19.3) on Windows 8.1. I have scanned music, movies and TV shows into their respective libraries. If I select a Recent episodes, movies, or album widget set for a home menu, the posters appear on the home screen just fine; if I chose a Random episodes, movies, or album widget set, the posters do not appear. I get the impression I failed to load some dependanc(y/ies) which might be obvious to forum members, so it might not make sense to upload my whole kodi.log, but one relevant entry that comes up each time I browse an affected home menu is of the form:

BTW, the Titanium build, which features Xonfluence, running on Kodi 18.x does not have this issue, but I can't figure out how use that information to help me with 19.3

A single line from the Kodi log file will not suffice. We need the full, unedited debug log (wiki) via a pastebin web service, such as outlined in bold red text below.

Also, one of the pointers we have here is to always read the forum rules (wiki) before posting. They say, amongst other things, that "builds", "wizards" and "forks" will get no support here. Because they are 3rd party software packages (AKA not created by TeamKodi), and that these packages often tend to contain piracy-enabling add-ons.

If that is still the case on your Kodi 19 setup, I suggest you contact the developer(s) of your Titanium package for further bug hunting.
If not, provide the full kodi log file as described above.

Thank you very much for the guidance, I'm sure it will come in handy. I have a lot to learn about how to post here (and use github), so every bit helps.
I did read the forum rules, and I did not think my question was not about a build, wizard or fork; but rather a skin (Xonfluence), which I thought would be acceptable as there is a "Skins support thread" here (although I could not figure out how to post there). I only mentioned an old build in passing that contained a working copy of Xonfluence as a reference--it is not what I am working with now. A stock copy of Xonfluence--my current interest and focus of my post--has no piracy-enabled add-ons.
Fortunately, I found where Xonfluence is supported here (I have to learn to use how to use forum search better), and there have been significant updates to the version I originally found (including random fanart support), so I'm optimistic I can make some progress.
