Hi,
I am having problems with several different streaming add-ons (TVNZ, Neon) where the stream is stalling. Every 1-2 minutes it will stall and buffer. Fairly sure it's not a network issue. it was previously working on the same setup (Raspberry PI 4), I just moved from Raspberry PI OS/Leia to OSMC/Matrix, and this is when the problem started. I have tried the lowest stream quality and increased cache options in advancedsettings.xml, but the same problem happens.

Before each stall, there are messages like:
Note, the Netflix plugin does not seem to stall in the same way, but it did once get out of audio sync by several seconds, and there are similar error messages in the logs when playing a Netflix stream.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
