Ok I've can play 1080i 24fps just fine with my 2.0 GHz core 2 duo mobile AOpen MP45 DBR HTPC, just fine I think with XBMC... this should suit me fine for a long time right? I mean what content is acutally available at 1080p or 60 fps? TV? I guess some Camcorders can...
So my question is does anybody have a link to a 1080 60 fps video that I can use for benchmarking XBMC. just to see how future proof it is... of course I'll be able to upgrade my CPU eventually when the prices of core 2 duos become dirt cheap....
