I recently purchased a QNAP NAS and trying to install KODI on it.
Every article I've read points me to install from the QNAP Club App Repository https://qnapclub.eu/en/repo.xml 
but I've had issues getting anything from it. Trying to go to https://qnapclub.eu gives me a 500 error, now that it's back up again.
Is there any other App Repository that I can install KODI from?

You might want to read this thread regarding running Kodi on QNAP.  There are certainly alternatives, depending upon what you are trying to do.
