I was installing Kodi 18.4 on my phone and when I went to go to install from repository it says can't connect to repository I didn't add any other repos just has the official Kodi repository which is not opening at all. Just wondering if anyone can confirm that the Kodi repo is down ?

I just installed some random add-on from the official Kodi repo and things worked fine for me. Perhaps your phone's DNS server is having hiccup or something else got blocked.
EDIT: Btw, why Kodi 18.4..?
