I have tried versions 19, 20-rc2, and the alpha for 21, all these versions have issues playing AV1 content on windows, is this a known thing, because I have tried to do some reaserch but can not find anything about it. I can play my AV1 videos on a different player, just not on Kodi.

A bit more tech/hardware info would be nice, although plenty of the current GPU solutions do not yet have built-in AV1 decoding support.
And as always, a debug log (wiki) would also help with that hardware info, and with the coping of Kodi with your AV1 file(s).

I have a RTX 3060 which has AV1 decoding, and like I said in the post, I can play AV1 in a different media player.

I did see a line in the log saying "Your platform doesn't suppport hardware accelerated AV1 decoding." but it should so i dont know what is going on. Is it just not using my 3060. https://paste.kodi.tv/atihuqadob.kodi

The problem is right here: "Running on Windows 11 22H2"
Kodi doesn't support hardware decoding of AV1 in Windows yet.
