Is there a new version is SHS for Nexus? I’m running SHS 1.1.43 and it’s causing Kodi to crash when using Latts’s MQ 8 Nexus Mod.

In your log you have latest version, but not from repository.marcelveldt.In that version I remove rottentomatoes.

Thanks for looking. I’m using SHS 1.1.43 from the Marcelveldt beta repo which I understood was the latest version. I didn’t see any errors from SHS either. I tested this afternoon. I disabled SHS and listened to music using Layout 7 in MQ 8 Nexus Mod and had no problems (other than not getting the visual elements that require SHS of course) for 1 hour and 31 minutes. I then enabled SHS and listened to music using Layout 7 and experienced a hard crash at 39 minutes. I then disabled SHS again and played music for over 2 hours with no problems.

Just an additional report that I have also experienced hard crashes simply when navigating the menu system. So not just during playback. This was with SHS enabled. I have not tested simply navigating the menu system with SHS disabled.

The problem seems to be "pvrchannel_tv@", which is placed before the channel logo path in Kodi(Nexus).

I hope you can fix this problem with Kodi(Nexus).
If you need more information, please let me know.

@RCBodyslam SHS - 1.1.43, SHSW - 1.0.45, Metadatautils - 1.0.50 are the versions I’m using. Crashes still occur when using those versions.

@RCBodyslam It is certainly possible that different skinners have different versions in their repos. I don’t use any of the skins you mention. I use MQ8 Nexus Mod and for SHS, SHSW, and Metadatautils I use the most recent versions out of Marcelveldts beta repo.

Edit - I just checked github herewhere Angelinas keeps SHS updated and it looks like 1.1.43 is the latest version listed. Maybe your skinner has a different version? IDK…😁 your guess is as good as mine.

It's def different versions. I didn't think to look in the github.  I should have. I have a hard time keeping up with different versions of addons like this.😁
