Hello, I have been experiencing the following issue after upgrading to v20.
All new items are scanned, found but the list is without any info displayed..


Any idea how to fix this?

I tried rescanning items without any success.

Do you have Use Video Tags enabled, see https://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/Media/Vi...video_tags then if so disable it.

How are you adding the movies to your library? Scraper or nfo files?

First, can you check which files these library entries are attached to. Make sure they are the actual movie files...



If everything seems ok there, then can you delete a couple of those movies and rescan into the library. Capture that in a Debug Log and provide the log.
Are you using Universal Movie Scraper? Make sure you have the most current version installed, or change to The Movie Database Python scraper.

Will report for the latest. As for the first the scan is done via the movie files and lookup, not nfo's (I produce these later with export periodically).
I have tried refresh..
