When trying to configure iptv I am required to enter an URL but the Kodi user interface keyboard very surprisingly has no ":" (colon) so I cannot do the http:// part of the URL

Thanks I happened to stumbled upon that obvious solution, but appreciate the feedback.

Good evening everyone. Please tell me what is the reason. I downloaded it to Kodi from the pvr iptv simple client repository, configured everything, channels are displayed without problems and everything is fine. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was the Favorite Channels List. The sheet is created, but the channels from this sheet are not shown. In the general list, the same channels work.
TV box Amiko 9 Green
Thank you in advance

Is there a cross-mapping file for channel ID matching to EPG? The EPG.xml has slightly different channel IDs than what's in the m3u file and therefore KODI doesn't do anything with the EPG info. For example, m3u file may have "HBO 2" while the EPG.xml file may have "HBO2" instead. Since there is a space in there, it doesn't work.
Also, where does KODI store the information from the Group and Channel Managers inside KODI? Thinking it could be easier to just edit the XML file instead of trying to do it all in KODI.
Do we have the ability to store the TVxx.db and EPGxx.db at remote database like MyMusic.db and MyVideos.db so that all my KODI boxes share the same databases?

Channel IDs need to match I’m afraid. In the past I tried to change this but it caused more problems than it solved so abandoned it.
That’s information is stored in the TV DB. Open it with a SQLite explorer and you can edit it. Bear in mind you’ll have to follow the various primary keys and get them right to be able to update it.
I believe there is an unsupported integration with MySQL for PVR, so you can enable it if you wish. Probably via advanced settings.
