I'm looking for a way to impose a lockout of the entire UI based on either clock/timer/pin. Essentially this is a parental lock-out of the entire thing. Can't navigate, can't play. Locked until XX:XXPM, or locked for 25 minutes, or locked until pin entered. Can be used to restrict access until a certain time of day (ie: after school), or pin given after chores completed.
