I installed the iptv simple client and configured everything. There is a playlist, there is a epg. but i see nothing. then i installed iptv manager addon. and sometimes i see channels. but when I click on the channel line, there is no playback. What am I doing wrong?

Why did you install the IPTV manager addon? Do you have video add-one installed that support it?
Can you supply a full debug log and we can see what is going wrong.

Your EPG file is failing to load with a 403 error. So you are accessing is refusing to provide the file.
The M3U file you have supplied does not contain any streams. It appears to contain other M3U files. That’s why they don’t play.

but these links works very well in other players like vlc, ottplayer etc... what should i do if i wanna use kody with iptv simple?

Can you create an M3U file with a single channel and see if that works with a clean install? I.e. with no iptv manager. Don’t load an xmltv file. Just the test M3U file.
Then post a log of trying to play that channel.
