I had previously reported this issue here, but the problem went away, and it made me unsure it ever existed, so I had the thread closed.  I was having some issues on one of the hosts, so I uninstalled KODI and re-installed it.  The issue is back, and this time I took a picture of the screen, and bringing up the context menu definitely does not bring up a "Manage" field.  I don't know what I did, if anything, to get it to start coming up last time, so I don't know what to do to get it to come up, now.

Nope.  Scrolling down from 'Add to Favorites' caused the cursor to jump back to the top.  (Seriously?  Do you really think I would not have tried that?)  Now, it is suddenly back again, however:

What skin is that and does it disappear using Estuary?

And you're definitely in library mode and not files?

Yes.  I tried switching to Estuary, and it does not trigger the behavior, but when I re-install KODI, the "Manage" field disappears.  I am waiting for it to reappear, again.
