Happy Holidays, everyone!

Is there an app or a screen saver that will play a slideshow or short video clips of Christmas themed content on the screen while I play my Christmas music?  A generic video clip screen saver is fine if folks here know a good repository for Christmas clips, and maybe a fire in a fireplace?

You might have a look at this thread:

252248 (thread)

This is a Christmas skin mod of Aeon MQ6, but in that thread is a link to "Holiday Extrapack" https://www.dropbox.com/s/0r5z9yo01g29ma...k.zip?dl=0 which has a bunch of menu backgrounds that you should be able to adapt to most skins, or collect into a single folder to run in a multiImage control in music viz window if your skin supports that.

Thanks!  I am running Aeon Nox Silvo.  I don't suppose by chance this mod will work with Aeon Nox Silvo?

Does your skin support playing music with the Artist Slideshow addon as background? If so you can point it at whatever directory you want it to grab images from. It also provides some other image controls as well (duration, movement, etc). I have a directory filled with Christmas images and another filled with family Christmas pictures that I use with Christmas music (I play music using the Pandoki addon which you can use to connect to a Pandora account) during the Holidays. I use the Aeon MQ9 Mod skin.

I don't think directly, but you might ask in the support thread for it, or tweak it yourself.  If I get time I might have a look at it and give some suggestions.

Well, I got the background working using the background features in Aeon Nox Silvo, but just as was reported in the thread started by latts9923, animated .gifs don't work.  It only displays the first slide of the .gif.  It's better than nothing, but it would be nice to get the animated .gifs working.

a little off topic but you can achieve the end goal with a premade youtube video
