When I use the install from the repository option and select any one repository from which I want add a addon then I recieve an error that "could not connect to repository".

What should I do to resolve this problem Huh

?

I have done many things such as
I have rechecked the address many times,
I ensured the network access properly

But still I am facing this problem.

So, What should I do Huh

Which Repository?
Which Kodi Version?
Which platform?

All the repositories can not be same as you said they are not maintained .

Stop creating multiple threads for the same issue.

Android 4.4 is from October 31, 2013 and is no longer supported

When Android JioTV app iteself doesnt support your TV, why are you asking repeatedly that Kodi support it and asking about tobalan repo. the adddon requires widewine DRM support first then requires inputstream adaptive in Kodi. Android 4.4 is so old that it wont support the latest widewine DRM, so unless you are running atleast Android 8 which was released 7 years ago, dont expect support here
