When I try to play an iso file the following message is displayed:
Playback failed
One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.

I guess it might be caused by the format incompatibility.  I searched from Sony sites that iso is not on the supported format list (https://www.sony.com/electronics/support...es/S1F0793). Try transcoding your videos to a Tv supported format.  I am not a tech person .  Just for reference
