Hello. Did you maybe already find time to add Landscape as background in list view?
And maybe found a solution to autoclose OSD after a few seconds?
Nor a big beal because long pressing ok button does that trick, but maybe found a solution?
Many other skins have that option.

If so, I've added this as an experiement in the next version, which I'll aim to push live to my repo in the next few days and to the official Kodi repo in a couple of weeks (as I just did an update a couple of days ago). To enable, go to Settings > Copacetic > Customisations > Experiments and choose 'Prefer landscape art to fanart for backgrounds in List and Billboard views'.

Regarding autoclose OSD, I've added a task for this so you can track progress, don't have an ETA yet though: https://github.com/realcopacetic/skin.co...issues/172

Unfortunately I can not install your latest update because of the dependency of script copactic helper 1.1 etc..

Edit: Sorry, it worked.
I had to update your helper manually.

I strenuosly advise waiting until I push updates to me repo or the Kodi official repo. Downloading straight from GitHub will often be broken because that's my development environment and sometimes I need to push half done updates that will break things because I need to switch between two different development devices and syncing work via GitHub is the easiest way

If you could customize the Menu section in the Settings, you could have the following layout:
- Menu 1
- Menu 2
- Menu n
- Widget 1
- Widget 2
- Widget n

And thus, it's possible to generate the following examples:

- Movies / TV Shows / Settings
- Kids Movies / Kids TV Shows
- Widget 1
- Widget 2
- Widget n

- Movies / Collections / Documentaries
- TV Shows / Live TV
- Artists / Albums
- Widget 1
- Widget 2
- Widget n

I downloaded directly from your repo but skin is not working at all: it stopped at the very beginning when it was asked to confirm skin change, if you press OK it will go back to previous page without changing anything. Working with kode 21 and tablet Huawei touch screen. Thanks

Does it work if you install from the Kodi repo instead? When you say 'directly', do you mean that you installed my repo first then intsalled the skin from there, or that you downloaded the skin from github and installed it as a Zip? The second way won't work because it will be missing dependencies

This would need to be an entirely separate view as having two rows means it would need to be a panel container, rather than the existing list container used by showcase. At this stage I don't have the bandwidth to add new views, especially as this to me looks pretty similar to Grid view using posters with the exception that it scrolls horizontally instead of vertically. If it's easy to add a setting to my Grid view to scroll horizontally instead of vertically, then I'll do it, but can't promise yet as I might need to rejig a lot of other things to make it work well.

This would take a fair amount of re-architecting. I'll add it as an issue to the GitHub issue, but no idea when I'll have the time to look into it. One thing you can do as a sort of temporary fix at the moment, which might help for your use case, is if you don't use favourites for anything else, you can favourite  'Kids Movies' and 'Kides TV Shows' for example. Then if you add a shortcut to your Favourites to your menu, you can go into Favourites and assign a thumbnail to each item via the context menu. Then add a widget to your home screen and select from the list of predefined widgets 'Favourites'. It'll show whatever you chose to add to your favourites. I just tested and it works ok. You can choose from any of the layouts as you would for other widgets. Because I chose square artworks for the thumbnails in my Favourites window, I made sure to select a square layout, in this instance for Strip.

No, also from kodi repository same behavior, at the end of installation  it opens page with " do you want to keep this skin"  if then you press OK, it does t accept and it opens skin menu

I'm not sure... Maybe because of touch? It doesn't really support touch screens as the cross and checkmark aren't really buttons, they're just images. The actual buttons are hidden.

So if you're pressing on the check mark (Yes) it might just register that as a press on the cross (No). You can test this if you have access to a virtual or physical keyboard, but I think this skin is probably a write off for touch screens in it's current state.

well, scrolls horizontally instead of vertically is a good idea! and i think it fit to your skin style as home menu style. hope you add this soon as possible ! thanks!
