But it shows me 80 not 96
I have nvidia shield 2019 and sometimes I need more than 80.
In the final version of Kodi 21.1, will we be able to use a fix in the advanced settings?
The suggested value is 50 in this version. If you needed 96 before, it doesn't mean you will need it anymore. Try 50. I used 96 before and now 50 is fine.
For me this has been perfect so far, works absolutely flawlessly. And I'm very picky to notice even smallest frame skips.

Wow AMAZING work @jogal, this truly IS a game changer! 100% perfect audio and video with maxpassthroughoffsyncduration 50!
Here's a debug log with maxpassthroughoffsyncduration set to 50 as requested: https://paste.kodi.tv/itimoxajay.kodi
I expected to see video stutters on my Shield with only maxpassthroughoffsyncduration 50, but it seems like your MAT Rework somehow also fixed the video stutter problem that I had!
Now Kodi plays everything completely perfectly for me, awesome work!
I also tried maxpassthroughoffsyncduration 96 and it was perfect as well, so I think I will personally keep it at 96 just to be extra safe. But maxpassthroughoffsyncduration 50 with this MAT Rework seems perfect so far!
