I just installed a new 4k graphics card in my Win10 machine and adjusted Kodi Settings > Display to max resolution.  Is there a setting for the SlyGuy addons (Hulu, Disney, Paramount, Pluto) to display 4k?

Dude, stop creating new threads. There are exisiting threads for each add-on.

The answer is: if you don't get 4k on the browser on the same computer, don't expect 4k in kodi.
You'll likely need to use a L1 secure widevine device to get 4k on most services. Aka Android tv box

I got that part, I didn't think tacking onto existing threads was the correct approach.  Live and learn.
