I'am just a beginner to use Kodi.

The following m3u does not enable a serverconnection.
What might be wrong ?

There is HTTP 511 error trying to access the URL.

That error means network authentication is required.

Does it work in a browser?

In a Browser the m3u is downloaded, but i don't know how to play it in a browser.

In an android-app, IboPlayerPro, it works

Have you tried setting a user agent in the addon settings? It might be that your provider doesn’t allow kodi’s default user agent.

How can i set a useragent ?

You can enter a user agent in the advanced settings of the addon.

If the playlist works in vlc try setting “vlc” in that setting.
