Solved Maximum timeshift buffer length Question
#1
Is there a hard-coded limit for the maximum length of a running timeshift buffer?
From memory, I believe at some point a hard maximum of 4 hours was set, but I can't find evidence of that. Maybe @phunkyfish knows..?
To be clear, I don't mean the amount that can be set in ffmpeg direct, but rather a hard set limit in iptv simple.

But what is the *original* problem you are trying to solve?

If a channel has a timeshift buffer,it will always stop buffering after 4 hours. Never had that before and can't do much atm since I am on vacation.
At least I know I remembered incorrectly about a hard set limit. Fantastic feature, btw

Just for the record, the culprit was a faulty memory card. Can be marked solved.
