when using Netflix, it can play the audio perfectly, use subtitles but only displays a black screen instead of video. I have played around with some settings of the addon, and even general playback setting for the whole system but nothing seems to work. my other apps also don't work, but they can be fixed another day. Any help would be appreciated, cheers

note* most those addons require Widevine which is *probably not available on your system, the developers can clarify for you

i have installed widevine, and a few other extensions that i believe require widevine work perfectly such as samsung tv plus, but things such as stan, netflix and rime do not work

i don't believe this requires widevine so best not to use as a benchmark

these are all individually maintained addons, not part of kodi, you should seek help from their forum or github pages (as linked above for netflix)
